This website is operated by Bowtie Plant Co. ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting bowtieplantco.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that contain a pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

2. Products

Plants are living, individually grown organisms. Leaf count, size, coloration, and variegation vary from plant to plant and from the photos shown; photos are representative of the genetics and the quality you can expect, not of the exact specimen unless the listing says so. Colors on your screen may differ from the plant in person.

3. Plant safety

Anthuriums and many other houseplants are toxic if eaten. Keep plants away from children and pets. Our substrate is for horticultural use only.

4. Shipping, returns, and guarantees

Our Shipping Policy, Refund & Replacement Policy, and Arrive Alive Guarantee are part of these terms.

5. Accounts and accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

6. Content

All text, photographs, and graphics on this site belong to Bowtie Plant Co. and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission. Comments or content you submit to us may be used by us without restriction and must not be unlawful or infringe anyone's rights.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including damage caused by plant care after delivery or by pests introduced in your home.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
