Rates (United States)
- Free USPS Priority Mail on orders $49 and up.
- Orders under $49: $9.99 flat rate.
- UPS 2nd Day Air: $14.99 on orders $49 and up, $29.99 under $49.
Rates are calculated at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing and transit
Orders are packed by hand and normally ship within 5–7 business days. We ship early in the week so nothing sits in a facility over the weekend. USPS Priority Mail typically delivers in 2–3 days after pickup; UPS 2nd Day Air delivers in 2 business days. You receive tracking by email as soon as the label scans.
Weather holds
Plants are living things. When temperatures at either end are unsafe, we hold your order and email you rather than gamble with it. Heat packs are added in winter at no charge when needed.
Delivery problems
If tracking shows delivered and the box is not there, check with your carrier and neighbors first, then email us — we will help. Packages lost or damaged in transit are covered by our Arrive Alive Guarantee: send photos within 48 hours of delivery and we replace or refund.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship exactly what is on the order. Packages returned as undeliverable can be reshipped once new shipping is paid.
