Technical details:

*Each box may vary slightly, so you and a friend that both have a subscription that month might get some different seedlings. This can make the boxes even more fun!

Your box will ship 1-2 weeks after each subscription order comes through. If you buy multiple months up front, your box will ship each month 1-2 weeks after the day you originally paid for your box. For example, if you place an order for 3 months up front on March 1, your first box will ship between March 8 and March 15th, your second will ship between April 8 and April 15, and your third box will ship between May 8 and May 15.

There are no refunds for subscription plans that have been paid for. You must cancel your subscription before the payment goes through again, or you will still receive a box that month. No exceptions.

Seedlings included in the subscription will be grower's choice. Due to the volume of plants we ship out and the nature of the subscription box, we are unable to accommodate specific requests.
