Every plant we ship is packed by hand and inspected before it goes in the box. If it does not arrive in good shape, we make it right. No arguing, no runaround.
What is covered
- Damaged in transit - crushed, snapped, or frozen. Replaced or refunded.
- Dead on arrival - if it did not survive the trip, it is on us.
- Wrong or missing item - we ship the right one immediately.
How to claim
Email us photos of the plant and the box within 48 hours of delivery, before repotting. That is all we need. We will replace it on the next shipping day or refund you in full, your choice.
What is not covered
Normal travel stress is not damage. Plants can arrive with a yellowing lower leaf, a bent petiole, or a little wilt, and they bounce back within a week or two once they settle in. Care after delivery - underwatering, overwatering, pests introduced at home - is not covered, but message us anyway and we will help you troubleshoot.
Shipping when it is cold
We watch the forecast on both ends. If it is too cold to ship safely we hold your order and tell you, rather than gambling with a living plant.
